Do you offer custom gemstone pendants?
Yes! Our artisans can create custom pendants based on your design ideas. Just email us at info@elitependants.com with the details, and we’ll be happy to discuss your vision.
Can I order more than one of the same pendant?
Each gemstone is naturally unique in shape, color, and markings. While you can certainly order multiple pendants of the same type, please note that no two stones are exactly alike, so we can’t guarantee they will look identical.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more shipped within the continental United States. Orders under $100 will be charged a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Can I have my order shipped to me faster?
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These rates will be displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for all expedited shipping fees.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you a confirmation after you place your order, and another email with a tracking link once it ships. Just click the link to follow your package with the carrier.
